Neil Bacchus of The Bacchus Group is truly a lifesaver. I don't know of any other agent or person who could have gotten me through the recent sale of my property as well as he did. We worked with Neil over 10 years ago to sell a previous property and have always been extremely happy with his service and knowledge. He always stayed in touch with us and so when it came time to sell the home he sold us, we naturally called Neil. We received 5 offers and went under contract right away which was wonderful. Then, the nightmare began. The Buyer backed out of the deal to purchase our current home because our roof had been damaged during the installation of our solar panels.
